We are 20 to 30 min from Clearwater, St Petersburg, Largo & about 30/40 min to Tampa, Weeki Wachee, TPA & PIE AIRPORT close to major hospitals & tourist attractions such as Clearwater beach, Busch Gardens. We are in our 40's & empty nesters & have 3 cats 1 dog that are mellow. we cater to a lot of health care workers newly remodeled home with pool and outside seating area, no overnight visitors, no smoking in the house, all utilities included & access to the kitchen and laundry, private bathroom, parking in driveway, if you have a friendly dog that gets along with other dog and cats definitely will discuss. just looking for someone who is respectful & clean. we have other units that are currently occupied and have been catering to traveling nurses/healthcare workers for the last 10yrs.
