It has gas heat and central air conditioning and all exposed plumbing is new. This house has been freshly painted throughout, and it has hardwood floors on the first floor and carpeting upstairs, tile in the bathroom, and durable vinyl planking in the kitchen. The tenant pays electric, gas and water (which includes trash) in addition to rent and appliances are negotiable. A thorough application is required with credit reports, bank statements and proof of stable income. Maintenance such as lawn mowing and snow removal is done by tenant.
