Currently under a 1 year lease with our roommate. Looking for someone to take over our leave which will end August 16th with the opportunity to renew if our roommate who is staying on the lease does. House as shown in pictures is furnished but couch and other items shown will be taken with us when we move giving you the opportunity to move your belongings in.
