Lots of room in this house. Bedrooms all upstairs, living area downstairs. There is also an 8x12 screened porch on the 2nd story, as well as downstairs front and back porches. An 8x10 storage room with shelves is part of the carport, as well as a large locker that my wife used to store tubs of holiday decorations. All of the A/C ducts are not run through the attic, and some of the walls are 6 inches thick, so the AC runs cold and cheap.
