As you approach the home, you will note the gently sloping lot from the curb up to the main level surrounded by palms, old-growth oaks, and banyans. The double door entry invites you into a wonderful open great room floor plan which naturally flows to a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the backyard pool below. The renovated and contemporary kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, built-in double oven, and a six-burner Viking gas cooktop. Also on the main floor are three bedrooms including two guest bedrooms, a full guest bath, and a large master suite with a generous walk-in closet and master bath. The lower-level is lined with sliding glass doors opening directly to the screened pool deck and a 40' pool with a new pool pump. The lower level also includes a full bath and laundry. The tuck-under two-car garage includes plenty of storage and a small workshop area. Bay Isles residents have access to the Private Bay Isles Beach Club located at 2111 Gulf of Mexico Drive across from the Bay Isles complex. In addition to a magnificent stretch of beach, the Club features picnic tables, Tiki huts, barbecue stands, an ice machine and storage bins for beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. A fob is required for access and is included in the rent. *Please note there is $500 pool heat fee for your stay. Other fees may apply. *In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000. There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.
