Our home is near the back of the development on a cul-de-sac, with very little traffic; our backyard looks out on a treed buffer between houses. 10 minutes or less will take you to shopping in Mason, West Chester (VOA), Maineville, Lebanon, and the new outlet mall in Monroe.
