    Want to live in the country? This 1.5 acre property with ranch home consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath is ready for a new owner. Having a hard time convincing your signifcant other. Be sure to tell them this property has a 24 x 60 heated pole barn. The back view of tree lined area, field and more wooded area is absolutely beautiful. You have neighbors but, there is distance between. The room sizes are fantastic and you can tell it has been well cared for. There is a coal Stove in the family room, that also opens to the 21 x 12 sun porch. The primary bedroom is 17 x 14 with a double closet and its own nice size bathroom. The pictures are limited at this time due to the seller is still packing up. I should have better pictures of the home and the inside of the barns on 1/31/2024. The gravity septic has been inspected and has passed. If you can look past the boxes, I would love to show this home to you as soon as possible.
