Ok Everyone--here is the deal--we need this sold and closed by the 22---the short sale was in the final days of closing and the buyer backed out--no punches pulled here it has to be fast--using as a 3 bedroom but really only has 2 with closets. The garage appears to be there but it was turned into a work room on the inside. Could be converted back to the garage with minor work.
