All of the plumping is located on the interior walls of the basement ground floor for easy access in the event that issues should arise which reduces the cost of never having to use contract labor for vendors. The hot water heater is also located on the ground floor and is linked to the energy efficient purification system. The basement is designed in keeping with the feel of a European Villa to have multiple purpose living spaces currently used as a Yoga Studio, Art Studio, Orchid Sanctuary and a cozy romantic, warmth and saltiness of a fireplace located in the central portion of the open space. Acting as an alternative source of heat and cooking utilization during the event of inclement weather. The fourth entrance is located on the western wing stepping down under a hand crafted awning that adorns hanging baskets filled with draping morning glories and herb garden. There mud room located just off the basements additional outside entrance leading to the secluded Laundry Area. The Laundry Area contains a matching Whirlpool white washing machine and dryer is tucked away to the side, complete with a hand crafted floating shelf for all laundry supplies.
