The two bathrooms are outfitted with walk-in showers, and there's a laundry room with a washer and dryer so that you can do laundry at home without a trip into town. Outside, there's a front yard and a back porch to relax on, plus a wood-burning BBQ grill and a portable fire pit for when you want to cook or hang out under the stars. The property is secluded and peaceful, but you might see the landlord's friendly dogs roaming in parts of the outdoor area. Parking is easy with an enclosed garage attached to the home and a private driveway that leads right off Castle Lake Road. Owner will pay $300.00 per month for tenant's electricity.
