The laundry is shared but it is right outside your room. You will have your own private bathroom which is also right outside your room. The kitchen is shared and is just past the bathroom. The living room or the one with the fireplace in the pictures will also be entirely yours to make your own, as there is a separate one upstairs for the owner. The monthly rent will be $1000 plus half the utilities. The owner has a friendly golden doodle so hopefully you aren't allergic and love dogs! Unfortunately no other pets allowed and single occupancy preferred. 1 year lease preferable, open to 6 months. Tenant will be responsible for half of the utilities. No smoking, parking will be on the street but there is always plenty.
