This house has a section which can be closed off. So, you can rent the 4 bedroom side for cheaper, or you can rent the whole house. The 2 bedroom side is not a separate unit, and cannot be rented separately. The descriptions, amenities, prices apply to the 4bed/2bath side of the house(approx. 2300sqft). The other side is 2bed/1bath(approx. 400 sqft). You can add this section for an additional $250/night(it sleeps 4-8 people). Please note, the 4 bedroom side sleeps 32 people in beds. If you have more than that many people, we can include the extra rooms at no extra charge. However, we usually give you a better deal by reducing fees in other ways anyway.
