You will love this Angle Lake home in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Located on a prestigious, lake front street in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Beautiful, ground floor, daylight apartment in a lovely, artsy Angle Lake home where living is like vacationing. Located across the street from the lake, it is a mere 100 steps to the Angle Lake Park or the Private Beach where you can swim or fish in one of the cleanest lakes in the city. A YMCA is 3 blocks away with a pool and large work out center. It is 1 mile to the link light rail Angle Lake Station, 3 miles to Highline Community College and a half mile to SeaTac Airport terminal. The apartment is a mother in law unit on the ground floor of our house. Noise from us living above will be heard, though we are only 2 and we are mostly quiet. We will occasionally hear you moving about as well. Bedrooms have extra ceiling insulation and are therefore more quiet than living areas. But as loud voices carry we request, no cryers, no screamers and no cursers. Laughing is encouraged. The deck, BBQ and fire pit area are upstairs on our level of the house. We occasionally use these areas. You are welcome to use as you wish. There is no air-conditioning but the apartment is wonderfully cool in the summer so it is not needed. Fans and space heaters are supplied. We have pets in the upstairs, the deck and yard, but they are restricted from your apartment. You have your own private entrance through a carport painted like a french cafe. You have lots of off street parking. Non smokers only. Water, garbage, internet and electricity is $150 unless you go over the overuse threshold, when it will be raised commensurately.
