I am graduating in December and would like to have someone sublease my place for the remainder of the year. Its a 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Davis on J and 3rd ( University Square Apartments) My housemate will be here all year, he is super friendly and easy going. My room is the largest and we share one bathroom. Very close to campus and literally 2 blocks from all the shops/restaurants in downtown. Also have a backyard. Laundry room is right outside our unit and we have one assigned parking space, but parking is free all day all around our complex. Lmk if your interested at Cheers!
