It's a very peaceful area, yet only a ten minute drive directly East of downtown, and near buslines. It's close to Lake Washington, with many green belts and parks in the neighborhood. Great restaurants and coffee shops as well. The one bedroom unit includes it's own bath and kitchen. New stove and WA/DRY. Approximately 600 square feet. It is simply, yet completely furnished. All kitchen cooking equipment is included as well as dishes and utensils. The picture of the kitchen is from prior to the new appliances being installed. This is a temporary rental, with a month to month lease. Depending on length of stay, first and last month's rent needed to hold the space. However, a shorter term (no less than one month), may only need the rent and the refundable deposit. A $300 cleaning fee is non-refundable, based on a 3 month stay. All utilities and internet included.
