We have just installed new flooring throughout the duplex. It's clean, new miniblinds, freshly painted and everything works. There is a working fireplace that also burns gas. It's very nicely laid out. There is a fenced back yard. It's extremely convenient to stores, jobs, buses including school buses. There is a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator and electric stove. We own all 4 units here. There are wonderful neighbors. We keep things fixed! Feel free to call, text or email.
