Lakefront mobile home! No hoa fees. Boat ramp 2 doors down! Has new lumber on dock and both porches have been redone last year. We have a deep well that never runs dry, the water that the dock sits on is also deep ! This mobile home has always been well maintained. There is a single wide tralier also connected, in 1980 one of the pipes froze and it sprung a leak I had the plumping and electrical redone just never put up new sheetrock or floors, I have used it for storage for floats and fishing poles, but it does have excellent potential. I have loved this home for over 40 years the only reason I am selling is due to the fact that I am 84 now and cant get up and down the hill to the dock to enjoy the lake anymore!
