This is a really cool 20 Unit complex built in 1970, back when you had room to breathe (887 sq. ft.) and the apartments had character! We are not a corporate owned property, just my dad and I (real people). The neighbors are friendly and many have stuck around for awhile. This is an upstairs apartment, which has been completely repainted and just had all new flooring installed. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. We have found barking disturbs peace and quiet and Cats stink up the place. The apartment is currently vacant and easy to see. I can even leave the place open and set you up for a self tour if that works better. Just let me know. Owner pays for gas, water and trash. Tenant responsible for electric NO PETS, NO SMOKING IN APARTMENT NO FELONS
