The outdoor area includes a large back yard and gardening space which are fenced and private with a combination of sun and shade. The outdoor property will be shared with a family of 3 currently residing in the 3 bedroom living space in the front of the home. The studio has its own separate pathway and entrance that is located at the rear of the house. We are open to considering any persons that promise/commit to being clean, quiet and respectful/considerate of those living in the front apartment and neighbors.
