We are looking for someone who will love the place and stay for a while or set up a purchase plan with us. We live in Denver and are looking to find people who are capable of changing a lightbulb on their own, but will also let us know of any major problems BEFORE they have a full blown flood on their hands! We will be in town this weekend to clean the place up from the last tenant and to show it to those who are interested. I will be doing an open showing format. This means that there will be 2 or 3 BLOCKS of time (2-4 Hours Long) during which you can stop by and take a look around! I will not be scheduling individuals until after they have expressed interest in an open showing format! Pet deposit is $150 for the 1st pet and $75 for every pet after that. (Not to exceed 4 pets unless otherwise approved. All pets must be approved by us. in 7 years, we have never denied a pet but we don't want to show up and find out you have a monkey!) ;) Rent is $700 monthly and Units Split cost of trash which is approximately $35/month (x2). LARGE FENCED BACK YARD!! Recently Renovated. STORAGE UNIT IN CARPORT! New tenant may choose to leave all the ADT equipment at extra charge each month. WE ACCEPT PETS with an additional deposit. Must be able to prove income and must have references! We are open to a Rent to Own for one unit OR even both...with the right situation!
