You can either hire someone to do it or put in a request to have it fixed and will be invoiced the cost of the repair. Failure to pay the maintenance invoice will lead to loss of security deposit and potential termination of lease. Decorations are allowed in the home, but major changes are not allowed and any small modifications must be corrected to its original state before leaving. Renters are also encouraged to obtain renters insurance, if anything where to happen to your personal belongings the renter is responsible for replacing them.
