The property has a backup generator that runs when PG&E cuts off power. The property is on a private road with 5 neighbors near the top of a mountain. It is rural and quiet, though you may occasionally hear a neighbor's goats at feeding time. Mostly what you will see are trees and wildlife. Sunsets can be spectacular from up here.
