Sleeping up to 10, feel at home in this rural home just off Dog River. This home features multiple outdoor seating areas, a spacious front porch, a fully equipped kitchen, oversized TV, and free Wi-Fi. The living room features a queen sleeper-sofa, a large TV, and a cozy corner with extra chairs. The dining room has seating for six with views of both the kitchen and the living room. The spacious kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and a bistro table with two chairs overlooking the backyard. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first is just off the front door and features a queen bed and ample closet space. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and access to the patio and backyard. There is a fireplace in the bedroom, however, it is not operational. There are four twin beds downstairs and ample space for blow-up mattresses should you choose to bring one. There is a private patio off the second bedroom and a larger patio area off the basement. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. This is a pet-friendly home with a fee. Nestled in a quiet, rural area of Mobile, this home is less than 10 minutes away from local favorites like McNally Park, The River Shack, and Grand Mariner, making it the perfect spot for a peaceful yet convenient stay. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. As this house is on the river, sometimes water gets in the basement during torrential rainstorms. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
