For guests occupying property longer than three months, monthly housekeeping services (Landlord's housekeeper) at a very reasonable rate. We have a "no shoes in house" policy at all times. Please do not inquire if you're not comfortable with this house rule. We have painstakingly attended to every detail in this house and want it to remain in the pristine condition you find it for our future guests. **Hold/booking confirmation deposit: A $1000 hold/booking confirmation deposit fee will be required upon signing of the lease. If for any reason you cancel your booking within 30 days I will do my best to re-rent it for that designated rental time. If, however, I am not able to rent it or it is rented for a lesser period of time whatever nights are left unoccupied will be charged against your deposit.
