BATHROOM: The bathroom is light and bright and features a new tub/shower combo, high-end toiletries, and country-style accessories. Absolutely no exceptions. **Hold/booking confirmation deposit: Your $1,500 security deposit will also act as your hold/booking confirmation and will be required upon signing of the lease.
