Enjoy the 55 flat screen TV with built-in electric fireplace. Choose from tons of streaming channels. Sink into the overstuffed down-filled chair with a good book and a glass of wine or take a long nap. DINING AREA: Beautiful farmhouse counter-height solid wood 42 table. Extra leaf extends table to 60 and can seat four to six comfortably. Six chairs included. Thick and comfy wool rug under table. BEDROOM: The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with all new hotel quality linens, high-density gel mattress topper, vintage furnishings, wall-mounted TV, double-sized mirrored closets, and ample dresser space. The soft and warm lighting create a very inviting space in which to unwind. ADDITIONAL ROOM: The second room doubles as an extra sleeping room/office combo. It includes a fold-out queen sofa also with a high-density gel mattress, a portable clothing wardrobe, farmhouse-style desk and hutch combination with full-size monitor and extra cabinet. BATHROOM: The bathroom is light and bright and features a new tub/shower combo, high-end toiletries, and country-style accessories. YARD: Huge private yard overlooking horse pastures with mature fruit trees, patio seating, dining table with umbrella, outdoor rugs and propane BBQ. THE GROUNDS: Enjoy coffee or happy hour anywhere on our park-like grounds with our four-legged mascots: the horses, dogs, and cats. In addition to your private yard, there are many special spots to sit, sip, read, and relax. SECURE GATED ACCESS: We have a digital gated entrance for which you'll receive a remote for your vehicle. We're at the end of a cul-de-sac down a quiet country lane. This is a very established neighborhood of private ranches in a prime and very sought-after location: We are mere minutes to wine tasting, bicycling, hiking, the Russian River, the beach, and all types of casual and fine dining options. You can take a vineyard walk or bike ride into vineyards directly from our property. HOUSEKEEPING: The cottage is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guest checkout. Housekeeping services available at a very reasonable rate. Whether landlord or tenant pays depends on length of stay. **We have a "no shoes in house" policy at all times. Please do not inquire if you're not comfortable with this house rule. We have painstakingly attended to every detail in this house and want it to remain in the pristine condition you find it for future guests. Smoking of any kind at all: Cigarettes, tobacco, marijuana, vaping, or any other kind of smoking is not allowed in or around the cottage or anywhere on the property. Absolutely no exceptions. **Hold/booking confirmation deposit: Your $1,500 security deposit will also act as your hold/booking confirmation and will be required upon signing of the lease. Well-mannered pet will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional pet security deposit will apply.
