Please note this home shares a driveway with a detached studio apartment (separate listing); guests need to be considerate of one another and behave appropriately. The Magnolia Homestead is located on a large lot in a peaceful neighborhood. It is quiet and convenient to Magnolia and Tomball shopping and dining. The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed, an attached bathroom with a newly remodeled shower, and a walk-in closet. The guest room across from the primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin. The secondary bathroom has a shower/toilet room separated by a door to the vanity area. The kitchen has all your essentials with newer appliances. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, an iron, an ironing board, and is located just off the kitchen. The backyard deck has a built-in bench with a table and 4 chairs. The backyard has a partial privacy fence that divides the outdoor dining areas for the main home and studio. If you need anything during your stay, we will do our best to accommodate. This Heavenly Furnished home offers comfort, convenience, and flexibility. Perfect for relocation housing, corporate assignments, or temporary stays, this all-inclusive home offers everything you need to settle in with ease. Utilities, maintenance, and monthly cleans are an additional $400/month paid with the monthly rent. Please keep in mind the agreement to stay does not create a landlord-tenant relationship, you are a guest and are granted a revocable license to occupy the propery for a limited duration. Agreements can be extended "month-to-month" or for a guaranteed period at the rate unless either party gives a 15-day notice to vacate. For move-ins scheduled 30 or more days in advance, 50 percent of the paymet is due upon agreement signing. This initial payment becomes non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 15 days of the scheduled move-in date. The remaining 50 percent of the rent is due no later than two (2) days prior to move-in. For move-ins scheduled fewer than 30 days in advance, the rent is due in full at the time of booking, no later than two (2) days before the move-in date. Rental Insurance is not required, but is strongly encouraged. No pets (negotiable, but does require additional fees). No Smoking of any type indoors No Parties No Fires Allowed in the Fireplace Parking in Driveway: Available for 2 vehicles
