Smoking, vaping, or burning any substance (including tobacco, marijuana, or incense) is not allowed inside the unit, on balconies/patios, or in any common areas. Violation may result in cleaning/odor remediation charges and/or lease termination. One parking space is provided in the lot (Space #208) for tenant's use, parking permit is still required. Guest parking is first come, first served where marked 'Visitor.' No inoperable, unregistered, or oversized vehicles may be stored on the property; towing is at vehicle owner's expense per posted signs.
