TITLE: TRAVEL PROFESSIONALS: Fully-Furnished Beach House Apartment with Fenced-in Yard + Parking BACKGROUND: We are the ONLY home in the area with a fenced-in lot-sized yard that is close to the Hampton River and Seabrook Beach. Enjoy fishing/swimming at Seabrook beach to walk down to the Hampton Strip for the Casino, Arcades, and Fried Dough! The yard is yours to use and/or split with the other side ( a smaller, attached unit)! To be candid, the house does not have a washer/dryer, but we are near 3 local laundromats within 1-2 miles of the home. A short drive to Newburyport (15 minutes) and Portsmouth (20 minutes), Southern Maine Coastline (25 minutes), Boston, MA (55 minutes), Portland, ME & Lakes Region (60 minutes). Surrounded by numerous hospitals for travel nurses or tradesmen(women) at the power plants/naval yards - take notice! APPLICATION PROCESS: 1. Send me a message so we can connect/chat. 2.
