The House is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom FULLY FURNISHED home with off street parking for two cars. It's in a wonderful location. I often walk/bike to Jazz Fest, City Park & take the street car to the French Quarter Fest. The home is located near three different beer gardens, awesome restaurants & super easy transportation. It's one and a half blocks away from the street car which runs to the French Quarter (and the New Orleans Museum of Art), down the block from the Lafitte Greenway and bus stops galore. The house sleeps eight people. Dining room seats eight. All needed "hotel" like accessories provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, bath towels, etc). The primary bedroom has TV with cable, the living room has a smart TV with Disney+, Netflix, Hulu. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the sofa sleeper is a memory foam queen mattress. There is a desk provided in-between the living and dining room for laptop work. Wifi is provided. Checking in/out is super easy with key-less entry. 30+ day stay is required. All utilities included, wifi, streaming.
