Fully furnished farm house in the Jonesborough countryside. Not to far from charming downtown Jonesborough. It sits in a sweet little farming neighborhood and is nice and quiet. Sit outside near the fire pit with a glass of wine or hot comfort drink and enjoy the local free range chickens. Even though we do not have a washer/dryer there is a small wash machine in the kitchen to do half loads in, and a drying rack. Fully equipped with cooking and dining implements, linens, etc. Sleeps up to 4 people, two bedrooms, though not fully enclosed. Couch cover provided in the event that you have a pet. Managers are very responsive and landscaping provided. Rent includes wifi, and utilities. Min. monthly rental 3 months. Rent decreases by $50 a month, for 3-6 month commitment, and $100 a month for 6-12 months. Small dogs allowed, no fenced in area, but a temporary one could be created per manager approval. This is a lovely home in the country, very peaceful and quiet.
