This home has nice privacy attributes related provided by foliage along fence line and large shrub row in front yard. Home has a complete 4ft chain linked fenced rear yard with side gate for access to back of lot. Roof is asphalt shingle and appears to be in fair condition; as noted in Interior of home Bedroom#2 has small water spot in ceiling; however roof looks to have decent shingle life left thus maybe patching would be an option to extend roof life without replacement.
