We have a room for rent with its own kitchenette and full bathroom. This is a unique layout in South Laguna Beach. Single house with two apartments, upstairs will be us and downstairs is a smaller apartment where one of the rooms is used as an office, the other is for rent. We are looking for a quiet, respectful employed individual who will have access to the laundry in the back as well and will be sharing the house with us. The lease will be month to month but we prefer a long-term tenant. Please no smoker of any kind
