The property is managed personally by a very communicative and respectful property owner that is occupying the upstairs unit actively maintaining the yard and any maintenance issues that may come. The home is also under warranty which includes all the systems and appliances which will be very beneficial to a tenant as it lifts the stress of having a property manager that cannot pay for repairs or ignores maintenance request. Rent is usually payed via E-service which makes rent payment and maintenance request very fast and easy to submit, but the traditional payment method such as check and money order are also excepted.
