The largest city closest to this area will be birmingham and it is about a thirty to forty minute drive, which it has just about everything that any large cities would have a bigger shopping area, larger variety of places to eat, more family functions, or if you are single, a lot of places to explore, also a lot of places for family activities. This property is $900.00 a month with a 1 year lease after the year is up the lease does goes to a month to month term. $1,800.00 is due at the signing of the lease.
