It's an easy walk to the Commons. Many renters in this location walk and do not have cars, although street parking is available. It's not easy to find a house this lovely for this price in Fall Creek! It's a lovely 22 minute walk from the house at 314 Farm St to Cornell. You can walk on the street, or through the city cemetery with big trees or up a series of waterfalls on the Cascadilla Gorge Trail (or Cascadilla Park Road beside it if the trail is closed). And the TCAT bus stops at Court @ Linn (5 minute flat walk from the house) about every 10 minutes Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm (Route 10). The walk home is downhill and safe to do alone at night.
