An onsite well and water treatment system provides plenty of potable and irrigation water, and a robust solar panel system provides nearly free electricity. Animals including livestock are welcome, but there are currently no fenced areas or animal housing/feeding structures. There is a RV barn and camping area with hookups on the north side of the property that is currently occupied by a family on a month to month agreement. There is a 2004 Class-C RV that is available for rent that has 4 sleeping spaces, and there are room for other RVs with some electrical and non potable water connections.
