Fixer Upper - Fire Damage I have a home that caught fire awhile back. I was hoping to remodel and flip/rent, but I haven't been able to get back to MKE for any real length of time. It is too big of job to manage from afar. Address: 312 N 36th St (Merrill Park) Condition: The place is completely gutted and cleaned out. Scope of Work: It should cost $50-55K to complete with subs. It you were to do some of the work, obviously less - but you gotta get paid for your time. I have a bath tub, two exterior doors, the vanity lights, a vanity and top, and some wall time I would throw in. It's in storage, so I don't really need. Financing: I would be willing to do a $55,000 construction loan on it. It would be 5% I/O with a one year balloon. We would have to come up with construction schedule - and you only pay itnerest on what is out. Comps: https://www.zillow.com/…/215-N-36th-St-Milw…/40471126_zpid/…. As this is gutted, could really improve with open floor plan, ect - which this one doesn't have. This one is a 4 BR, although shown as 3 BR. I am looking for $20K.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
