I recently moved to Bloomington IL, but about a week after moving something came up that will require me to be away for potentially many months. I'm looking to transfer the lease of my studio apartment at Brookridge Heights in southeast Bloomington to someone else. Third floor, balcony facing the walking trail and neighborhood, washer and dryer included, and here's what it looks like: It is $593 each month, which is $30/month cheaper than what the studios here run for right now. The water is a fixed rate of $15 each month. The other utilities are electric and internet, which vary and you pay. You would not need a security deposit since mine would stay with the apartment, and you also wouldn't need to pay the $250 redecoration fee since I already paid it. This would work by transferring my name off the lease and your name on the lease. The lease ends in September 2021. You pay a $40 application fee to Brookridge Heights (only $20 if you work at State Farm) and you have to pass their background check. Cats are allowed, but not dogs. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested. I am able to move out at any time.
