1 Bedroom with Full bath , this is a shared unit , we are in one room and you would have this room with the bathroom inside of it. Kitchen is free to use and so is the living room if you have furniture to bring in . Our old roommates had to move closer to their jobs so we have to replace them until the lease is up which is in February! In order to move into this unit, you must get rescreened by the rental office (this includes background check, credit check and you will also need two past pay stubs or a proof of income letter) you would also have to co-sign on the lease. We are freelancers ( 22 years old)so it is very important that we have a co-sign in order to release our roommates from this lease without them breaking it.
