This house is on a quiet secluded hill well away from the road and just outside of Blacksburg- just over 5 minutes to downtown. There is a large grass/wooded yard, a substantial shed with electrical service, and a 2-car covered parking area. House is on a well/septic system with a water softener and has central heat/air (heat pump) and all electric appliances including laundry. Newly installed LifeProof plank flooring in all rooms. (the living room picture currently up is a very old one... the living room now has the same plank flooring as you see in all the other pictures) Interested in clean respectful renters that will take good care of the place. I am the owner and I live next door. FYI... the driveway is gravel and uphill. I have a snowplow and take care of the driveway as best as one can, but you should be prepared to park your car at the bottom of the driveway if winter conditions are especially poor.
