The fully furnished two bedroom home is located at 7500 feet and cooler in the summer than both Salt Lake City and Park City. There is an office space, two living rooms, dining room and patio area. NO dogs are allowed due to the water shed. There is a separate studio apartment that is rented as part of the home. The studio has its own entrance but does share the driveway and use of laundry from time to time in the main house. Utilities and WIFI are not included in the rent .This rental is for a max of two people at this rent. This is NOT available during the winter ski season. This is a fully furnished home available Mid April until mid or end November or mid December . A cleaning fee of $350 is deducted from the security deposit upon move out. First and last month's rent upfront plus a $1500 damage deposit ($1150 reimbursable upon move out) This is the rent for up to two people if rented for the entire period. The rent will increase for shorter periods. Utilities are an additional $250 monthly. NO PETS. Not available for the winter season.
