Amazing Logan Square Condo. We've lived here for 12 years and love this place! Here's the breakdown: The Condo. The main floor plan is an open floor plan, (technically 3 bedroom), converted to 2 for a bigger, open main floor. This provides extra living space in the form of dining room opposite the living room, with full view of the kitchen. In addition, we included a gas fireplace, and the TV sits above the fireplace and mantle. Both extra living space and fireplace are unique in the building. The unit itself is a duplex-down style with master and guest bedrooms both downstairs. It comes with in-unit LG washer/dryer, forced central heating and air, (with Nest thermostat). French doors lead to a large back deck where we have a gas BBQ grill and easy access to the enclosed (gated) back landing area where we can run our dog and has a kiddy (doggy) pool in the summer. The pantry in the kitchen, and both bedrooms have had Elfa closets installed (if you're unfamiliar with Efla closets, it's a big difference). The master has two closets and the second bedroom has one. Location: Great for transportation. Logan Blue line stop is a 6 mins to walk. 90% of the time we park right in front of our door. The other 10% we are steps in either direction. It's zoned, so once you have your sticker, you're set. Access to expressways is another plus. Diversey and Belmont both less than 2 min away so if you drive anywhere, the combination of parking and expressway access is awesome. Secondly, we are close to everything and have beautiful tree-lined streets. The condo is walkable to Logan Square staples including Lula Cafe, Longman and Eagle, Fat Rice, Reno, Starbucks, Logan Square Farmer's Market, and steps from Small Bar and Jam. We love the area so much, we're only moving because we are moving down the street! In all, the combination of exposed brick, open space, easy transportation, and prime location provide a dream rental. Owner pays for water, sewer and waste. Tenant pays for electric, gas, and any utilities. Cleaning/application fee due at signing ($300), no deposit.
