In the rear of the house, a family room accesses a modest, fenced-in back yard with a cozy deck. In the front of the home is located a living room and spacious half bath. The ground floor of the home features a large recreation room, a laundry room with additional wall storage, and a half bath. If you prefer not to park your vehicle in the garage, that space is perfect for an at-home gym or a work-space. There is additional street parking right outside the home if your family has more than one vehicle. The property will be available to move into approximately the second week of April. All tours need to be coordinated with the landlord in advance, as the home is currently occupied by a tenant. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, to be paid electronically through Turbo Tenant. Pets are allowed and require a $300 non-refundable pet deposit for one pet at the time of signing. Additional pets require an additional $50 non-refundable pet deposit per animal. Monthly pet rent will not be charged. Applicants must apply through Turbo Tenant, where employment, credit history, and eviction history will be disclosed, and a criminal background check will be conducted. Application fee is $45. References will be called. A reusable tenant screening report will not be accepted.
