Our family is looking for someone to take over our lease for our 2 bedroom apartment at Brighton Square Apartments off of Rimrock road. We moved in here while we were expecting our little one because it's pet and family friendly with a lot of parks within walking distance. Away from downtown noise, but still a quick commute. We love our apartment!! But an opportunity arouse to move into a house so we've decided to do that. Brighton Square is a great community complex with lots of parking, lots of outdoor area, and even a community patio for grilling and get togethers. Each unit comes with a huge storage unit that we have been using as a work out room. The bathroom is great as it has double sinks and a door to separate the toilet and shower from the vanity area. Heat is included and tenant is only responsible for electricity, cable, and internet. Any questions, feel free to contact me. Move in date is negotiable, but August 1st if possible! The additional pet fee is $25/pet. Additional info: I was just informed that our apartment complex DOES have breed restrictions on dogs. The following breeds are restricted: Rottweiler, pitt bull, akita, Doberman pinscher, mini pinscher, german shepherd, great dane, Dalmatian, Staffordshire bull terrier, mastiff, and wolf.
