There is ONE Room with TV capability available in a house occupied with others. There is a full Bathroom is right outside your room and a 1/2 bath upstairs. You would be living with 2 males and 2 females. The house is in a great location in New Hartford about 10 minutes from several neighboring towns and all local colleges, Hamilton, Utica College, SUNY IT, MVCC. It is a 4 bedroom house with all hardwood flooring. We are all 26 - 29 year old professionals. Very relaxed, clean easy going people who are all non-smokers, like to have some occasional drinks and just hangout. It is a fully furnished house with washer & dryer and everything on premises, really you just need a bed and whatever else you would like for your private room (TV, dressers, etc.) Parking is in a driveway not on street.You can text me and I will provide pictures or we can set up a time to check out the place to see if it's to your liking 315-368-8417.We can do month to month.
