Monthly filter change/inspections will be done during the first of each month. Tenant is responsible to purchase Renters Insurance within the first 45 days of lease being signed and email proof. Rent is due on the first of each month with a (5) day grace period. After the 5th of each month, a $5 late fee will be added daily. After 15 days, notice to evict will be placed.
