We're located in a safe quite neighborhood with endless hiking and biking trails starting from our property. If you enjoy farm animals, fresh air, privacy, and tons of stars at night, this might be a good fit for you. We have sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, and rabbits on one side of the property. The trailer is located in a large fully fenced area, has a private gated entrance, and lots of privacy from our home/neighbors. The lower portion of our 4.5 acres is like a park with a seasonal creak and large shade trees. We're located in greater Acton on San Gabriel National Forest land and we have no neighbors in back or on the right side of our property. The mobile home trailer has one bedroom, one bathroom, furnished, king bed, big windows, extra high ceilings, enclosed shower, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, a/c + heater, ceiling fan, large storage, super clean, TV, lots of lights, and two large pop-outs. Enjoy the beautiful wilderness and farm style living without being too far away from big city conveniences. We're a conservative couple and we live in the 3 bedroom house on the property. Why live in an apartment (with noisy neighbors) or share a house (with no privacy), when you can have your own place at an affordable price? Tenant is responsible for electricity.
