Looking for a roommate! I have a 2 br 3ba place in Holladay, looking to fill the other bedroom. Rent would be 1050 + utilities (usually 70-100). Lease is up 6/30, but hoping to re-sign with someone. Place is pretty large, the room is currently empty and is big enough for a queen bed, desk, dresser, and floor space, also has a large closet and private bathroom. Kitchen is huge and fully equipped but plenty of storage if you have stuff too. View out the kitchen deck is insane, there is also a shared (with downstairs neighbor) side deck and back yard that has a shed for storing skis, bikes, camping gear, etc... laundry is included and shared with downstairs as well. I am 27, work full time, in office M-W and from home T-F. I am a big skier (snowbird), like to cook, play guitar, games, etc... also not LDS. I also have 2 cats who are both big chillers and very friendly, no more pets allowed though unfortunately. Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to share this awesome space!
