Downstairs is another living room, game table/area, bedroom with walk in closet and attached full bathroom. Laundry room, which has storage area, is adjacent to downstairs living room. House has newer AC system, fully stocked kitchen including all the cooking items you need. Spacious backyard with large patio. Large detached 2 car garage with storage area. *Please note - bedding for both futon/sofa beds in the downstairs living room will only be provided upon request.
