The apartment is 600 sq feet; has a bedroom, laundry, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. French doors open onto our new deck and back yard (shared space) with territorial views of Lake Washington and the Cascade mountains. We are 4 blocks from the Light Rail, supermarket, cafes, Jefferson Park, and the Beacon Hill library. Two minutes to I-5 and I-90. Located on one of Beacon Hill's prime streets, we have on-street parking. Water, sewer, garbage, gas, electricity, all included. ABSOLUTELY no pets/no smoking/no vaping on premises. There is no need to ask about pets, as we won't make exceptions. Due to Covid we are only offering tours to applicants. We apologize for this inconvenience but believe it is the best way to keep us all safe. Once you apply we will make arrangements to offer a socially distanced tour.
